WORLD CUP CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 01 JUNE – 10 JULY 2010 - EUROPCAR SOUTH AFRICA

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLY RELATE TO WORLD CUP BOOKINGS BETWEEN 1 JUNE 2010 AND 10 JULY 2010 WITH EUROPCAR

The following conditions apply for INDIVIDUAL RENTALS over the World Cup period, 01 June – 10 July 2010 (car rentals starting between 1 June 2010 and 10 July 2010 only). Please note these conditions DO NOT apply to BULK RENTALS, that is rentals of 5+ vehicles (refer separate rates, terms and conditions - please contact Cape Spirit if you plan to hire 5+ cars over World Cup).

Groups A, T, B, C, D and P

- No restriction. As always, subject to availability.

- Should the actual rental days be less than the rental days reserved, rentals will be invoiced on rental days reserved, unused days will not be credited.

Groups F, H, O, S, V, W, E

- Available for rentals of 7+ days.

- Should the actual rental days be less than the rental days reserved, rentals will be invoiced on rental days reserved, unused days will not be credited.

The information below only relates to Europcar World Cup car hire reservations made before the 24th June 2010. The information below is NOT relevant to new World Cup Reservations. All new World Cup Reservations only need to pay on arrival - no deposit required anymore.

50% Deposit Prepayment is MANDATORY to confirm your 2010 WORLD CUP car hire booking with Europcar for car groups F, H, O, S, V, W, E (ONLY). Cape Spirit's dedicated Europcar Manager Cindy Galant will contact you by email or phone after you have made the reservation request on Cape Spirit to arrange your deposit to Europcar (this can be done via credit card payment directly to Europcar South Africa or directly into Europcar's South Africa's bank account)

• Pre payment is equal to 50% of the estimated rental cost. This can be paid via credit card to Europcar or directly into Europcar South Africa's bank account. Please wait for instructions from our dedicated Europcar Manager Cindy Galant once you have booked your World Cup car online.

• Should prepayment not be authorized the rental will be cancelled.

- The following CANCELLATION POLICY applies –

• Up until 31 January 2010 - 25% of rental guarantee is non refundable
• Between 01 February - 31 March 2010 - 50% of rental guarantee is non refundable
• From 01 April 2010 - Rental guarantee is non refundable
The rental guarantee is 50% of the estimated rental cost.

Please note that NO prepayment or deposit is required for the following World Cup car groups: Groups A, T, B, C, D and P (ONLY) When you book any of these car groups for World Cup, you will receive instant booking confirmation and a car will be ready for you on arrival where full payment will be taken.

2010 World Cup Booking Procedures (with Europcar only):

Step 1 - Book your 2010 World Cup Car Right Now - we recommend that you reserve your car for the World Cup period asap. Please ensure to put your correct contact details in your online reservation - including your correct country and city dialing code. Also please double check that you enter your email address correctly.

Step 2 - If you have booked any of the following car groups: Groups A, T, B, C, D and P:

You will receive instant booking confirmation and it is business as usual for these car groups over World Cup: instant booking confirmation, payment on arrival, and a guaranteed car when you present your booking confirmation and required documents. If you have booked any of the following car groups: Groups F, H, O, S, V, W, E:

Our dedicated Europcar Manager Cindy Galant will contact you by email or phone to process the prepayment deposit (50% of rental amount) in order to confirm your reservation for the World Cup period for car groupsF, H, O, S, V, W, E. You can also download the Europcar credit card authorisation form here and fax back to Cindy Galant at Europcar on +27 21 934 5313 (from outside of South Africa) or 021 934 5313 (from within South Africa) immediately after you have requested the World Cup booking. Please do not email through your credit card details - please only complete the official Europcar credit card authorisation form and fax to +27 21 934 5313 only. If you like to make payment directly into Europcar's bank account in South Africa, please wait for instructions from Cindy at Europcar.
